Laura Molta has worked in the national media for more than a decade as a features and news producer for CNN and all the major Television Networks and Cable Stations. Locally she has produced special projects and segments for “Chronicle” and Boston’s WB, which have earned her two Emmy Nominations and a New York Festivals International Film and Production Award.

Laura is Founder and President of Molta Media, Inc. Her passion for being in front of the camera began at age three, when she recited the Preamble to The Constitution, shot with a super 8mm movie camera. Technology has certainly changed over the years but Laura's love for being around the camera has not.

Working her way up the ranks from intern to producer, Laura spent nearly 7 years as an entertainment and news producer for CNN in New York. Combining a love for music with an appreciation for good talent, Laura launched CNN's "Music on The Road" series, which showcased unknown talents such as "Train", "Billy Gilman" and "Alicia Keys." From the Academy Awards and GRAMMYs to fashion and airport runways alike, Laura covered the news while keeping her finger on the pulse of undiscovered talent.

After a lengthy stint in New York City, Laura returned home to Boston where in addition to running Molta Media, Inc., she continues to work as a voiceover artist and freelance producer for ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, E!, Style, Extra!, Boston's WB and various independent production companies.

In 2002 Laura founded LJM Productions, a subsidiary of Molta Media, which produces corporate, training, educational and fundraising videos. Laura is an accomplished voiceover artist and freelance TV producer and writer. Her resume includes producing the PBS documentary "Crashing the Parties", both a New York Film Festivals International Silver Medal Award and Emmy Nomination for Outstanding Children's Program, for producing "Real Talk Live: Team Harmony," for Boston’s WB and an Emmy Nomination for producing “Empower Peace: Pledging for Pakistan,” also for Boston’s WB.

Molta Media’s client list includes: American Jewish Committee, Berkshire Hills Music Academy, Chestnut Hill Realty, Clarks, CNN, Coca-Cola, Conventures, Cynosure, EMC, Ferragamo, Jerusalem Dental Center for Children, Northeast Security, Novartis, PolyMedica Corporation, Phantom Gourmet, Radius, Snip-its, Solomon Schecter Day School, Tufts Health Plan and many others.

A University of Massachusetts at Amherst graduate with a Bachelor of Arts and a degree in Communications, Laura also spent a semester in London studying theater and film production.

Laura was raised in Newton, MA and currently resides in the Boston Area.

Al DiSanti is the Manager of Video Production and Executive Producer of Molta Media. He began his career as a producer/editor and photojournalist for News 12 Long Island, a 24-hour cable news channel in New York. It was there he began to hone his skills in television production, while developing a love for his new found talents. Working in the harsh environment of live broadcasts, Al learned the importance of meeting deadlines while maintaining quality programming.

After a short time freelancing for CNN, Al was hired on staff and began working on the award winning “Style with Elsa Klensch,” a program covering the world of high fashion and interior design. Al's responsibilities included editing and technical directing both long and short form video segments as well post-producing the show for broadcast. Always eager and enthusiastic, Al began to evolve the show by giving it a fresh sophisticated look and staying ahead of growing competition. Within a short time, Al was promoted to editor/producer, a role that gave him the opportunity to expand upon his innovative and edgy ideas. Al's talent producing CNN's highest rated weekend show led to his work on “Showbiz Today”, a highly stylized daily program covering the world of entertainment and “He Said, She Said”, a movie review show hosted by Peter Travers of Rolling Stone Magazine and Lisa Shwartzbaum of Entertainment Weekly . Always the pioneer, Al was often called on to produce and edit new show opens, high-energy segments, and unique stories. Most recently, as CNN has expanded it's programming, Al has been involved with “American Morning”, “Anderson Cooper 360”, “Paula Zahn Now” and former “News Night With Aaron Brown.” He has covered the Cannes and Australian Film Festivals and the Paris and Milan Fashion Shows, enjoying the pursuit of exciting television, wherever the story takes him.

Never one to sit idle, Al has pursued numerous independent projects for Trish McEvoy Makeup, JBL Home Audio and Judith Leiber Accessories. He has also freelance edited for the ABC Network.   Al lives in Long Island, New York with his wife and their two children.
